ContentVoice.ai ("we," "us," or "our") is a product of Pure Inbound LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you visit our marketing website at contentvoice.ai or use our web application at app.contentvoice.ai (together, the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide directly
- Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (hashed, never stored in plain text).
- Voice Discovery responses. When you complete Voice Discovery, you provide answers about your brand identity, audience, beliefs, writing style, and related topics. These answers are used to generate your Voice Profile.
- Generated content. Content, hooks, and topic ideas you generate using the Service are stored in your account so you can access your history.
- Billing information. When you subscribe to a paid plan or purchase credit packs, your payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card number, bank account number, or other financial account details on our servers. We receive from Stripe your subscription status, plan type, and transaction history.
- Contact form submissions. When you submit our contact form on contentvoice.ai, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. Submissions are processed through our email service provider (Systeme.io) so we can respond to you.
- Support communications. If you contact us for support, we collect the information you provide in your message.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data (in the app). We track credit usage (generation counts) to enforce plan limits. We log which features you use (content generation, hook generation, topic ideas) and the associated token counts for billing accuracy.
- Technical data. Standard web server logs may include your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited. This data is used for security, debugging, and service improvement.
Information we do NOT collect
- We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
- We do not use your Voice Discovery answers or generated content to train AI models.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Generate your Voice Profile from your Voice Discovery answers
- Generate content, hooks, and topic ideas in your documented voice
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing receipts)
- Respond to your contact form submissions and support requests
- Monitor for abuse, fraud, and security threats
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your information to:
- Send marketing emails without your consent
- Share your data with advertisers
- Train AI models on your content or voice profile data
3. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate the Service. Each has its own privacy policy governing their use of your data:
- Supabase (database and authentication): Stores your account data, Voice Discovery answers, voice profiles, and generated content. Data is hosted in Supabase's cloud infrastructure. Supabase Privacy Policy
- Anthropic (AI content generation): Your Voice Discovery answers, voice profile data, and topic inputs are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate content. Anthropic's API data usage policy states that data submitted through the API is not used to train their models. Anthropic Privacy Policy
- Stripe (payment processing): Handles all payment transactions, subscription management, and billing. We never see or store your full payment details. Stripe Privacy Policy

- Vercel (hosting): The Service is hosted on Vercel's platform. Standard web server logs are maintained by Vercel. Vercel Privacy Policy
4. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on servers operated by Supabase and Vercel, with industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and encryption at rest.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your password is hashed using secure algorithms and is never stored in plain text. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
Data isolation and multi-tenancy
Every account's data is isolated at the database level. No company can access another company's voice profiles, content, or usage data. ContentVoice.ai does not retain or share data between requests, and the AI providers behind the platform do not retain inputs or outputs between sessions either.

5. Data retention
- Account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
- Voice Discovery answers and voice profiles are retained for as long as your account is active or until you delete them.
- Generated content history is retained for as long as your account is active.
- Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, then archived for reference.
- Billing records are retained as required by tax and financial regulations (typically 7 years).
When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data, Voice Discovery answers, voice profiles, and generated content within 30 days. Some data may be retained in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being permanently removed. Billing records required for legal compliance will be retained as noted above.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access. You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction. You can update your account information and Voice Discovery answers at any time through the Service.
- Deletion. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
- Data portability. You can request an export of your data in a commonly used format.
- Opt-out of communications. You can unsubscribe from any marketing communications at any time. Transactional emails (billing, security) cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
For California residents (CCPA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of their data, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
For European Economic Area residents (GDPR)
If you are located in the EEA, our legal basis for processing your personal data includes: performance of our contract with you (providing the Service), your consent (where applicable), and our legitimate interests (improving the Service, preventing fraud).

7. Children's privacy
The Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 18, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, by sending a notice to the email address associated with your account.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
